What Users See

PolicyClue displays a small popup on websites that match your organization’s rules. Users see guidance, short learning content (decks), and sometimes one or two quiz questions. The frequency and design of the popup depend on your policy settings. Nothing installs on end‑user machines beyond the standard browser extension.

Typical user flow: - A user visits a website covered by a policy. - A branded popup appears with tips or short learning cards. - Depending on configuration, the user may answer a quick question. - The popup respects your frequency window so it is helpful but not distracting.

If a site should show the popup but does not, administrators can review hostlists and policy status in the portal.
